SHIPMENT INFORMATION
Each parcel contains:
The product(s) ordered;
The relative transport document / invoice;
Any accompanying documentation required according to the country of dispatch;
Any information and marketing material.

AVIAM provides European Union an UK shipping.
Shipping in Italy is free.
Duties for countries outside the European Union will not be included in the total payment and will not be
paid by AVIAM. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay the duties, if they are present in their country,
at the time of delivery of their package.
In the event that the duties are not paid, the goods will not be delivered and will go into storage.
Subsequently it will be returned to AVIAM which will not take charge of the additional costs for the return.
These cost will be deduced from the customers’ final refund.
Due to local customs policies, some shipments can be considered as commercial imports and not for
personal use. Commercial imports require the intervention of a broker to issue the package and in this
case customers will be required to choose a broker and pay for the customs clearance service.
Unfortunately, the costs related to the disbursement through brokers are charged to the customer.

AVAILABLE ITEMS
Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order
completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
European Union and UK; 2-5 business days, according to the final destination
Italy; 1-3 business day.
AVIAMcannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international
customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of AVIAM.
Please note, couriers do not make deliveries or pick-ups on the following Italian holidays:

SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order is shipped, Clients receive a message from the courier specifying the tracking number. In
the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or AVIAMSTUDIO.COM

SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.
AVIAMSTUDIO.COM packages are carefully sealed.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the
package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is
evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and
contact AVIAMSTUDIO.COM at INFO@AVIAMSTUDIO.COM If the package is damaged or if an item is
missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be
received by AVIAMSTUDIO.COM within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website,
otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the
Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import
regulations) as per the AVIAMSTUDIO.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back
to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy.
These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

PRE-ORDERS TERMS
Please be aware that because of the “pre-sale” nature of such transactions, you should expect a wait
period of approximately 30 days between the date you place your order and the date that the product is
ready for shipment. We are unable to provide an exact shipping date due to the handmade nature of our
products. Most items are shipped within the estimated date and an email with the tracking information
will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
If you are no longer able to receive your preordered item at the original shipping address, email us with
your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used and we will update the shipping address for you.
Sales on pre-ordered items are final and we cannot accept any cancellations or returns unless the item is
not as described.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within 14 days of the
order’s delivery date.
INSTRUCTIONS
To request authorization to return, you must send an email to INFO@AVIAMSTUDIO.COM
AVIAMSTUDIO.COM will send a confirmation by e-mail, containing the instructions to be respected to send
the goods back. Returns must be shipped in the aviamstudio.com box which must not be damaged
and/or altered, If our box is unusable or missing, another box suitable for shipping the item(s) may be
used.

All shipping costs are always covered by the customer and will not be refundable, original shipping fees
will not be credited back upon return. AVIAM will not reimburse the costs incurred for return shipping.
Please note this condition before placing an order.
Please follow attentively all given instructions. Make
sure to print and use the document that are provided from info@aviamstudio.com before shipping.
Sometimes Customs may apply import fees, these fees will be the Client’s responsibility. Refunds will be
processed as soon as returned items will have returned to our warehouse and will have checked and
accepted by aviamstudio.com
All the information necessary for the customer to ship the return will be provided at the time of the return
request by INFO@AVIAMSTUDIO.COM
AVIAM reserves the right not to accept returns that will be damaged.
AVIAM cannot be held responsible for damage to the goods occurred during the return shipment made by
the customer. Any damage, decrease in value or loss will be charged to the customer. In the event that a
product is lost or damaged, AVIAM will not be able to reimburse the customer.

REFUND
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 14 days and
within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card
Company.Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account. Partial refunds will be issued in
the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange
rate fluctuations and will not be refunded.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITION
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories
(dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above.
AVIAMSTUDIO.COM, reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect
merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees,
AVIAMSTUDIO.COM reserves the right to refuse returns.
AVIAMSTUDIO.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in
accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard
returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
